Ciao mia amicas! Its the end of my first full day here and im already enjoying it very much! This morning i went with the parents,Monicas and Paolo, to the store for some groceries and we had a nice walking tour of the local area! They got me a special pastry treat and espresso while we were out. It was very neat at the espresso bar you just stand there and drink your drink... They dont do like togo cups.

They eat all organic so although im eating pasta and deserts at least they are all natural and sort of healthy. Monica is a vegetarian also and the others only eat meat once a week so i havent had meat yet.

A friend came over today who had baked me a cake as a welcome gift! She is peruvian naturally so it was an interesting accent to decifer. I am surprisingly using more Italian than. Knew capable. I enjoyed today... I bonded with Fulvio over card games and baby books. To be continued
